We use your contact, delivery and payment details to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet accounting obligations. Payment card details are processed by the checkout provider and are not stored by Loam.

Messages and plant photos

We use the information you send only to answer the question, resolve the order or improve packing and care guidance. You can ask for a copy or deletion by using the contact page.
